Coming from a decade as a professional dancer, Sean experienced first hand the benefits of regular massage for injury prevention and in maintaining performance.
This led him to pursue a career in Remedial Massage. He completed his Diploma of RMT in 2007 and has worked alongside and trained under Osteos, Physios and Exercise Physiologists; gathering a wealth of knowledge while working with professional dancers, Tennis Pros visiting for the Brisbane International, and rugby players from the Qld Reds and the Australian Wallabies.
More recently Sean has applied this experience to massage in a clinical setting treating pain associated with postural dysfunction and tension patterns of office workers and gym-goers alike. Using deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and re-tensioning techniques, he treats a vast range of conditions by improving overall tissue quality , mobility and flexibility and reducing recovery time from training sessions.
